Hi there! I’m Shanda and proud to call Charlotte home....again! Graduating from Columbia College (SC) with a BA in Business and Communications, my professional background has been focused to digital marketing, merchandise buying, and consumer shopping behaviors within the corporate retail industry.

Although I've lived in Pittsburgh, PA & Columbus, OH (Go Bucks), I was born, raised, and attended college in the Carolinas, which means I’ve had the pleasure of living here& experiencing all that makes North & South Carolina unique – southern hospitality, rolling mountains, coastal beaches, football, down-home cooking, and Sunday family gatherings just to name a few!

When I’m not helping my clients find a new place to call home, you can find my husband & I spending time with our baby boy, traveling, exploring the Queen City's vibrant neighborhoods, working out, and exploring new restaurants - as we are self-proclaimed foodies who will never turn down an opportunity to try a new restaurant or different types of food. As an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, I also enjoy volunteering and believe in the words of Mahatma Gandhi - "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
